Colin Butler

Colin Butler is the Global Head of Institutional Capital at Polygon Labs, a leading Ethereum scaling platform. He drives education and awareness within the institutional investment community, and believes that tokenization is a world-changing phenomenon that will democratize assets and investment vehicles. Prior to Polygon, Butler spent 18 years in financial markets, where he held a variety of leadership roles that spanned institutional equity sales and trading, private wealth management, and alternatives marketing. Prior to joining Polygon, he served as a Global Revenue Officer for Cognovi Labs, a company that uses artificial intelligence to quantify human decision making. He was also Head of Business Development for Somar Capital Management, a global L/S equity hedge fund.
