Dan Ivascyn is Managing Director and Group Chief Investment Officer at PIMCO, a global investment management firm based in Newport Beach. He heads the mortgage credit portfolio management team and serves as a Lead Portfolio Manager for PIMCO’s credit hedge fund and mortgage and asset-backed opportunistic strategies. Prior to joining the firm in 1998, Ivascyn worked at Bear Stearns, T. Rowe Price, and Fidelity Investments. He has over 30 years of experience in the investment management industry.
