Dev Kapadia

Dev Kapadia is the Senior Managing Director of Private Equity at Cerberus Capital Management. Since joining the firm in 2003, he has played an integral role in establishing Cerberus as an industry pioneer of Operational Private Equity. With over 25 years of private equity experience across various industries and structures, Kapadia has directly overseen Cerberus’ global private equity investments of approximately $2 billion in both equity and debt transactions. He also led the firm’s acquisitions of ABC Group, Cyanco, Blue Bird, Peguform, Tower International, Reydel, North American Bus Industries, and Guilford Mills.
