Dominic Williams is the Founder and Chief Scientist of DFINITY, a decentralized cloud reinventing the Internet. He is a technology entrepreneur and decentralized systems theorist whose recent technical works include Threshold Relay and Probabilistic Slot Consensus, Validation Towers and Trees, Puzzle Towers, and the Blockchain Nervous System. Williams also pioneered a number of ideas, including The 3 E's of Sybil Resistance: Entry Cost, Existence Cost, and Exit Penalty.
