Frank Giustra is a visionary entrepreneur, financier and philanthropist. He is the President and CEO of the Fiore Group, a private equity firm managing a diverse portfolio of assets across various sectors. Throughout his career, he has established a track record of building a number of successful natural resources companies all over the world, notably Endeavor Mining, Wheaton Precious Metals, and GoldCorp. He also co-founded Lionsgate Entertainment, which has become one of the world’s largest independent film companies. Beyond his entrepreneurial endeavors, Giustra is a renowned philanthropist celebrated in numerous landscapes. He is the Founder of The Giustra Foundation, a Canadian charity focused on women and children, education, and refugee settlement, and the Co-Founder of Acceso, a global social business builder that brings entrepreneurial solutions to global poverty. He also sits on a variety of nonprofit, private, and public boards.

EARLY CAREER
Giustra has successfully raised in excess of $5 billion in equity for mining projects since 2001.
He held executive positions at Yorkton Securities, where he played a key role in growing the firm into a leading natural resource investment bank.
He served as the Chairman of Leagold Mining, which was successfully merged to Equinox Gold, forming a significant gold-producing company operating in the Americas.
For over two decades, he has been writing and speaking on subjects such as philanthropy, gold, currency markets and economic history.
He is frequently quoted regarding gold and currency markets in various publications and media outlets.

PHILANTHROPY
Giustra devotes his time to a variety of causes on a local and global level.
The Giustra Foundation is a founding partner in the Global Refugee Sponsorship Initiative, providing humanitarian aid.
In 2020, he was named Co-Chair of the International Crisis Group. He has been a trustee of ICG since 2006.
In 2016, he donated $1 million to establish the International Crisis Group Giustra Fellowship Program.
