Frank Giustra is a visionary entrepreneur, financier and philanthropist. He is the President and CEO of the Fiore Group, a private equity firm managing a diverse portfolio of assets across various sectors. Throughout his career, he has established a track record of building a number of successful natural resources companies all over the world, notably Endeavor Mining, Wheaton Precious Metals, and GoldCorp. He also co-founded Lionsgate Entertainment, which has become one of the world’s largest independent film companies. Beyond his entrepreneurial endeavors, Giustra is a renowned philanthropist celebrated in numerous landscapes. He is the Founder of The Giustra Foundation, a Canadian charity focused on women and children, education, and refugee settlement, and the Co-Founder of Acceso, a global social business builder that brings entrepreneurial solutions to global poverty. He also sits on a variety of nonprofit, private, and public boards.

  • Giustra has successfully raised in excess of $5 billion in equity for mining projects since 2001.

  • He held executive positions at Yorkton Securities, where he played a key role in growing the firm into a leading natural resource investment bank.

  • He served as the Chairman of Leagold Mining, which was successfully merged to Equinox Gold, forming a significant gold-producing company operating in the Americas.
