Friedrich Bieselt is Managing Director and Head of Business Services at Lincoln International, a leading global investment banking advisory firm serving business owners, senior executives, private equity firms, and both public and privately held companies. With more than two decades of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), Friedrich has developed deep expertise in advising on complex domestic and cross-border transactions for large corporations, private equity investors, and family-owned businesses. In his role at Lincoln International, Friedrich not only leads high-profile M&A transactions, but also serves as a strategic advisor, guiding clients through every stage of the deal lifecycle, from initial strategic planning and valuation to structuring, negotiations, and successful execution. His work spans a broad range of industries within the business services sector, where he is recognized for his analytical precision, client-centric approach, and track record of delivering value in transformative deals. Before joining Lincoln International, Friedrich led M&A operations for ING Barings in Frankfurt and London, where he oversaw complex corporate transactions across European markets.

At Lincoln International, Friedrich Bieselt plays a key leadership role in the firm’s European operations, co-leading activities across Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and the Benelux region.
He also serves on the board of Lincoln International’s offices in Italy and Russia, helping to shape the firm’s strategic direction in key markets.
Friedrich works closely with key stakeholder groups, including corporate executives, private equity investors, and family business owners, to oversee complex M&A transactions from initial strategy and process design through to negotiation and successful completion.
His hands-on involvement ensures precision, efficiency, and strong outcomes for clients across a wide range of industries.
In addition to his operational responsibilities, Friedrich represents Lincoln International in several prominent international organizations. He is a member of Atlantik-Brücke, a leading private nonprofit dedicated to fostering strong German-American relations, and he represents the firm within Ghorfa, the German-Arab Business Association.
