Georgia Quinn is the General Counsel at Anchorage Digital, the premier digital asset platform for institutions and first federally chartered digital asset bank, where she oversees the firm’s relationships with the SEC and FINRA. Quinn is a recognized leader in the crowdfunding industry and has extensive experience negotiating and drafting cross-border and international agreements. Prior to joining Anchorage, she served as General Counsel at CoinList, a crypto exchange providing services to top token developers. Quinn is the Co-founder and CEO of iDisclose, now LawCloud, a legal tech company that assists entrepreneurs and startup businesses access capital to grow and prosper. She began her practice in capital markets at Weil, Gotshal and Manges and later moved to Seyfarth Shaw before founding iDisclose.

  • Quinn was a senior corporate associate and crowdfunding specialist at Seyfarth Shaw, where she advised public and private companies on securities law.

  • She was a lead associate on multiple M&A and financing transactions on both public and private debt and equity.

  • She negotiated and drafted cross border and international joint ventures, partnerships, distributions, licensing and operating agreements.
