Greg Vaughan is the Founder and Managing Director of The 545 Group, a multi-generational team of investment professionals within Morgan Stanley's Private Wealth Management division. For over 40 years, Greg and his team have focused exclusively on the financial needs of highly accomplished entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, private foundations, and privately controlled corporations. He is responsible for analyzing client objectives, determining strategic and tactical asset allocation policies, selecting investment managers, and reviewing results. Vaughan started his career at Dean Witter Reynolds and later moved to Morgan Stanley’s Private Wealth Management division shortly thereafter.

Vaughan joined Morgan Stanley's Private Wealth Management division in 1980. He was promoted to Vice President in 1983, Executive Director in 1988, and Managing Director in 2001.
Vaughan and his team have garnered national recognition as one of the top wealth management practices in the country.
They help develop customized wealth management solutions for entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, private foundations/endowments and privately controlled corporations.
They also manage fixed income, equity and other types of investment portfolios on behalf of their clients.
