Hank Boughner
Hank Boughner is Chief Executive Officer of Dynamo Software, a provider of industry-tailored, highly configurable investment management, reporting and data management solutions. In his role, Hank leads Dynamo's management team and defines its vision and long-term strategy. He is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of business, investment and transaction experience within multiple high-growth markets including technology, tech-enabled services, and financial technology. Throughout his career, Hank has successfully led global corporate development strategy and mergers and acquisitions execution for Fortune 1000 companies across North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America. Prior to joining Dynamo Software, Hank was the President of Global Solutions for Global Payments Inc., one of the world’s leading payment companies.

During his time with Dynamo, Hank and his team has completed multiple strategic acquisitions to augment consistent 20%+ organic growth.
At Global Payments, he acquired significant operating experience with tech-enabled models and was involved in the management of the firm's worldwide eCommerce and Omnichannel businesses.
He also successfully increased revenue, profitability, distribution and drove the product roadmap for Global Payments.
He spent over a decade with Goldman Sachs and related efforts in both private equity and investment banking, with core focus on tech, software and technology-enabled growth opportunities.
He began his career in direct sales and management for five years with the Southwestern Company.
Hank's M&A experience includes over 30 transactions in excess of $15 billion in value, across technology, business services, and financial services sectors.
He also serves as a Board Member for Verifone since 2018.
