LVMH LEADERSHIP

  • Prior to joining Ledger, Ian Rogers served as Chief Digital Officer at LVMH, where he helped bring digital strategy into the executive leadership of the world’s largest luxury group.

  • During his five-year tenure, he led major digital transformation initiatives across LVMH’s portfolio of fashion, cosmetics, and wine and spirits brands.

  • Rogers worked across nearly one hundred luxury brands, including Louis Vuitton, Dior, Sephora, and Hennessy.

  • His efforts included launching initiatives such as the LVMH Innovation Award, which focused on fostering innovation and collaboration between the luxury sector and emerging technology companies.

  • Before entering the luxury industry, Ian Rogers built a long career at the intersection of music and technology.

  • He was Senior Director at Apple Music, where he played a key role in launching the platform and developing Beats 1 radio. He also helped lead Beats Music through its acquisition by Apple.

  • Earlier in his career, Rogers served as CEO of Topspin Media and held leadership roles at several major technology and media companies.
