Jamie McDonald has spent over a decade as a hedge fund manager on Wall Street. Today, he spends most of his days performing on camera and on stage. He has worked with The Wall Street Journal, CondeNast, Travel & Leisure, Refinitiv, and many others to produce video content revolving around finance and travel. Also a respectable master of ceremonies and auctioneer, McDonald has helped charities like UNICEF, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation raise millions of dollars for their organizations.

- In March 2020, McDonald began a project with The Wall Street Journal looking into better understanding how to trade futures by better understanding where they came from. The answer to its origins: food.
- In January 2020, he worked with Real Vision to make a short documentary about ESG investing.
- In 2019, he began a series with Real Vision and hosted a show called “Before and After” predicting market movements in and around events but then looking back to assess where we were right and where we were wrong.
- In 2016, he began working with Conde Nast Traveller on a series called “Eat. Stay. Love.”
