Jay Chen
Jay Chen is a Partner, Chief Financial Officer and a Member of the Investment Committee at Tai Tam Capital, an Asian alternative asset management firm. Chen has been an active and long-time investor in the private and public markets. Since the 1997 Asian financial crisis, he has been dedicated in assisting companies’ workouts and/or exit China projects, while avoiding damaging adversarial confrontations. He gained extensive experience through his work in market strategy formulation, strategic alliance structuring and negotiation, financial feasibility and business improvement. Previously, he co-founded his firm, XRG, a transactional business management consulting firm.
