Jon Eilbeck
Jon Eilbeck is Chief Operating Officer of Insight Investment, a leading global asset manager offering a broad range of investment solutions. In his role, Jon is responsible for the firm’s overall Operations, IT, Business Change and Corporate Strategy. Prior to joining Insight in 2019, Jon was Global Chief Operating Officer and sat on the management board of DWS, the publicly listed spin-out of Deutsche Bank's asset management business. He has extensive experience within the financial services industry and has a strong background in both Technology and Operations. He began his career at JP Morgan where he spent 17 years in a variety of technology and business roles across the globe, including 9 years in Asia.

Jon joined Deutsche Bank in London in 2007 as the Global Chief Operating Officer for the Rates and Commodities business.
He later moved to Deutsche's Asset and Wealth management business to become their Global Chief Operating Officer.
He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Southampton.
