Jon Mawby
Jon Mawby is Co-Head of Absolute & Total Return Credit at Pictet Asset Management, a global specialist asset manager. He serves as Head of Investment-Grade Credit and Lead Manager for the Pictet Strategic Credit Fund, providing risk-adjusted returns for long-term investors through a diversified portfolio designed to reduce risk, protect capital and capture higher yields. Mawby is a portfolio manager with over 20 years of industry experience, primarily managing credit portfolios across the full product spectrum from long-only to long-short. Prior to joining Pictet, he was Senior Portfolio Manager of the Man GLG Strategic Bond and Corporate Bond funds. Before that, he served as a portfolio manager at European Credit Management, Gartmore, Aviva Investors, and Goldman Sachs.

EARLY CAREER
Mawby joined Man GLG, then GLG Partners, as Senior Portfolio Manager within the firm's global credit and convertibles team.
He spent 7 years at ECM as Lead Portfolio Manager focusing on multi-asset class credit funds.
At ECM, he was also a member of the Investment, Sector Strategy and Peer Group Review Committees.
He was a Portfolio Manager and Fixed Income Trader within the Institutional Credit Group at Gartmore.
He started his career as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs, later joining Aviva Investors as a Portfolio Manager.
