JP Thieriot is the Chief Executive Officer of Uphold, a digital wallet and trading platform. He is also Co-Founder of Universal Protocol, a coalition of united cryptocurrency companies and blockchain pioneers that aims to build the world’s leading tokenization platform. Throughout his career, Thieriot has founded and co-founded several companies in the real estate, technology, and agriculture sectors. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Thieriot worked for Hambrecht & Quist, where he was responsible for the formation and management of the firm’s Latin American activities.
