Kate El-Hillow is the Global Chief Investment Officer of Russell Investments. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the investment division, including asset management, implementation, and research. With over 25 years of proven success in the investment management industry, she has gained deep expertise in outsourced CIO investment solutions and multi-asset portfolio management. Prior to her current role, El-Hillow was Deputy Chief Investment Officer of Multi-Asset Solutions with Goldman Sachs Asset management.
