Kennon Kincaid

Kennon Kincaid is the Chief Operating Officer of Odgers Berndtson, the sixth largest executive search firm in the world. In this role, he is responsible for all people, processes, and operations of the firm's US division. He is also co-head of Odgers' brand extensions: Berwick Partners and Odgers Interim. Prior to this, Kincaid spent over 10 years building teams and advancing national security objectives as a U.S. diplomat across Europe, Africa, and the Asia Pacific. He also worked at Rocket Lab and led international business development, security operations, and international government relations functions.
