Khalid Quadir is the Chief Executive Officer of Brummer & Partners, a hedge fund company based in Stockholm, Sweden. Since joining the firm in 2008, he has been responsible for managing investments of the Frontier Fund. Quadir is also an original member of the investment team and one of three members of the investment committee of Frontier PE, which focuses on private equity investments in Bangladesh. Quadir has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, 12 years of which was dedicated to working in private equity and banking in the United States.

  • Quadir is the Founder of bracNet, a wireless broadband operator in Bangladesh which was later acquired by KDDI of Japan.
  • He also co-founded Gonofone, the founding partner of Grameenphone, the largest mobile phone operator in Bangladesh.
  • He serves as Director of Runner Automobiles Limited.
