Kourtney Gibson is a financial services industry veteran and CEO of Retirement Solutions at TIAA, a leading provider of secure retirements and outcome-focused investment solutions. She is responsible for leading TIAA's business segments that accounts for $740 billion of the firm’s $1.4 trillion in assets under management. Prior to joining TIAA, Gibson was most recently President and Executive Vice Chairman of Loop Capital Markets, one of the largest privately held investment banking, brokerage and advisory firms headquartered in the country. During her more than 20-year tenure at Loop Capital, she oversaw various corporate, governmental, institutional and consultant client relations and led multiple functions, including firmwide operations, asset management, strategy, sales and trading. Most notably, she spearheaded initiatives to deepen client relations and deliver an array of comprehensive solutions across more than 80 countries.

Prior to her current role, she was TIAA Chief Institutional Client Officer, responsible for serving more than 15,000 retirement plan sponsors in the academic, research, medical and cultural fields and their consultants
She oversaw the team responsible for managing relationships with key industry leaders and advocacy organizations and was responsible for partnering across the company to deliver the full Enterprise to TIAA’s institutional clients.
