Kris Tuttle is the Founder and Managing Director of IPO Candy, a company that provides data, information, analysis and valuation around newly-public companies. IPO Candy is widely used by investment banks, institutions and company management teams to inform their IPO strategy and investments. Kris Tuttle has more than 40 years of industry experience in technology, research and investing. He has been in the technology sector since 1979 and is an active equity analyst since 1984. Throughout his career, Kris has held roles in research, management, investment management, development, sales and publishing. Kris’s specialties include software, AI, AR/VR, new technologies, business development, strategy and investor positioning.

Since 2005, Kris Tuttle has been independent and started IPO Candy in 2009 and SPACvest at the end of 2019.
After a career at IBM where he built a career in enterprise technology, he went to Wall Street and became a widely-recognized technology analyst.
He was an Advisor at alfabet AG, where he was responsible for initial market readiness, meetings with potential customers and partners.
He was a Director of Research at SoundView and Adams Harkness before starting his own firm in 2005.
Kris was also a Vice President of Institutional Sales at S.G. Warburg (now UBS).
During his tenure at IBM, he held a variety of roles, rotating through Marketing HQ and field organization.
