Nadav Hollander is the Chief Technology Officer of OpenSea, the world's largest NFT marketplace. At OpenSea, he works to improve the technical reliability and uptime of the platform’s products and build web3-native mechanisms for engaging with and rewarding OpenSea’s early and loyal community. Hollander is a seasoned leader from the early Ethereum community, having built, launched, and evangelised some of the most influential protocols and products in the DeFi space. He has spent his career building systems that adeptly mask the complexities of smart contracts and blockchains for use by mainstream users. Previously, he was the Co-Founder and CEO of Dharma Labs, a crypto lending platform acquired by OpenSea in 2022.
EARLY CAREER
Hollander was a software engineer for Coinbase, where he built external-facing features and internal tools into Coinbase's web application.
He worked to minimize fraud and compliance risk as part of Coinbase's risk and growth team.
He also led the development of a microservice that leveraged machine learning and computer vision to reduce cost and increase conversion rates.
