Nadine Terman is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Investment Officer of Solstein Capital, an independent, private investment firm. Terman runs both investment and operations functions and leads the firm as a Managing Member. She is responsible for overseeing operations at Solstein, as well as managing tactical, global portfolios for institutional, family office, and high net worth clients. Terman has over 25 years of experience in public markets and private equity, having worked closely with portfolio companies on business, financial, activist funds, and governance initiatives. Prior to Solstein, Terman was a Partner at Blum Capital and served on its investment committee. Her career also spans investment positions with Behrman Capital, Merrill Lynch, and Goldman Sachs. A longstanding advocate for the advancement of diversity in the financial industry, she has co-founded several leading diversity conferences globally. She co-founded what is now known as 100WF's Fund Women conference.

Terman was a Board Chair and Trustee at Breakthrough Collaborative, a national leader in educational equity.
At Blum Capital, she invested in both public and private companies and worked extensively on business, financial, and governance initiatives.
She was an Associate At Behrman Capital and an Endeavor Entrepreneur at Amtec.net.
She began her career as an analyst with both Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs, where she got the nickname "The Cleaner."
