Neal Wilson is a Founding Member and Co-Chief Executive Officer of EJF Capital, an investment firm focused on regulatory event-driven investing. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer for EJF Investments Manager. Before this, Wilson served as a Senior Managing Director for both the Alternative Asset Investments and Private Wealth Management groups at FBR. Prior to joining FBR, he was a senior securities attorney at Dechert LLP and a Branch Chief in the Division of Enforcement at the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
