Paul Satchell

Paul Satchell is a Senior Vice President at New Normal Consulting, a Swiss-based strategy boutique, and a co-author of "The pH Report." Satchell has more than forty years of experience in the chemical industry, including more than two decades as a senior equity analyst with some of the world’s leading investment banks and chemical companies. He covered the global chemical industry for banks including ING, Investec, and Merrill Lynch, where he made market recommendations and undertakes advisory work in M&A and lending. He was particularly recognized for his development of the Chemicals Volume Proxy, a unique real-time monitor of chemical demand. Satchell has recently served a four-year term as Honorary Treasurer of the Royal Society of Chemistry and previously chaired its Investment Committee. He retired from full-time work as an equity analyst in 2017.
