Raagulan Pathy is the Co-Founder of KAST, a stablecoin-based financial platform designed to give people an alternative to traditional banking. Pathy has an established track record of moving stablecoins across entire regions, with decades of business leadership experience within the technology and financial services industries. Prior to KAST, he served as Vice President for Asia Pacific for Circle, a global financial technology firm that enables businesses of all sizes to harness the power of digital currencies and public blockchains. Based in Singapore, Pathy oversaw the firm’s go-to market strategies and operations and was responsible for representing Circle in Singapore and building the firm's presence across the region.

Pathy served as Head of Enterprise for the Asia Pacific region at Zoom, a proprietary software program.
He was an Enterprise Director for Facebook where he built strategic markets in APAC for Workplace by Facebook.
He was a Director for Financial Services APAC for Amazon Web Services, leading top 20 global financial services accounts in APAC.
He also founded Lazu, an enterprise hybrid cloud platform, and OnShop, a platform for SMEs in Asia to quickly develop an online presence.
EARLY CAREER
He served as a Program Director for ANZ, Cenitex, and LCH.
Before that, he was a Management Consultant for Commonwealth Bank, Aviva, Sun Microsystems, and the Department of the Premier Cabinet in South Australia.
He also served as a Data Center and Infrastructure Manager of MTN Nigeria and a Data Center Specialist for DHL.
