René Boer is a Certified EOS Implementer at EOS Worldwide, where he has worked with hundreds of bosses at privately-held companies, helping them align their teams to achieve a shared vision. Boer facilitates, teaches, and coaches a complete business management system sets an organization’s leaders with a common goal, helping them hold each other accountable to do what they commit to doing and to become a more effective and cohesive team. Boer is passionate about helping bosses at all levels of an organization build a culture of accountability and improve team health. He also leads quarterly “How to Be a Great Boss” workshops for leaders and managers of companies utilizing EOS. Boer has more than 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry helping leadership teams succeed at well-known brands such as Pizza Hut and Jamba Juice. Through his extensive experience as a restaurateur, he gained the power of aligning people who have common values and the capacity to excel with a compelling reason to work hard at work worth doing.
