Boer has more than 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry helping leadership teams succeed at well-known brands such as Pizza Hut and Jamba Juice. Through his extensive experience as a restaurateur, he gained the power of aligning people who have common values and the capacity to excel with a compelling reason to work hard at work worth doing. Boer is also the co-author of the bestseller “How to Be a Great Boss,” a handbook that provides a straightforward, practical approach to help leaders at all levels of an organization get the most from their people.
