Scott Twibell is Managing Director and Co-head of Technology, Media & Telecom Group at Lincoln International, trusted investment banking advisors to business owners and senior executives of leading private equity firms and public and privately held companies around the world. In his roles, Scott advises companies operating within the TMT sector on strategic alternatives. He has more than 16 years of capital raising and mergers and acquisitions advisory experience, working on numerous transactions for publicly-traded companies, leading private equity firms and privately held businesses. Scott’s experience includes buy-side and sell-side transactions, cross-border advisory and management buyouts. In addition, he helps innovative, growth-oriented companies generate exceptional returns for all stakeholders as technology continues to disrupt and transform industries. Scott has comprehensive knowledge of enterprise software, SaaS, data and analytics across the TMT sector.

Twibell's global team completed more than 110 transactions in the past years, focusing largely on vertical software and on a mix of tech-enabled businesses.
Scott is a Senior Member of the firm’s Business Services Group. He joined Lincoln International’s New York office in 2011 as Vice President.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Scott worked in M&A at Harbor Hills Partners and in the leveraged finance origination and restructuring group at Credit Suisse.
He was the Founder and CEO of Aspora., a cloud-based, SaaS data management company, where he gained extensive knowledge of the technology sector.
Scott earned a Master of Business Administration from Columbia business-adminis School and a Bachelor of business-from New York University.
