Stephen Freidheim

Stephen Freidheim is the Founder, Managing Partner, and Chief Investment Officer of Cyrus Capital Partners. Prior to this, Freidheim held positions at Bankers Trust and Nomura Securities. With a degree in economics, Freidheim wrote his thesis in the mid-’80s during a period of vast technological change, particularly in the service sector. His thesis analyzed these breakthrough technologies and attempted to evaluate and quantify the impact on productivity going forward. He essentially concluded that the productivity gains in the U.S. were likely to far exceed what the econometric models of the time would capture.
