Tom Caddick

Tom Caddick is Managing Director of Nedgroup Investments' international businesses in London and the Isle of Man. He also serves as the Chairman of the Executive Committee, International Strategy Committee, and the Global Investment Committee. Caddick has over 25 years of experience within the asset management industry, with focus on multi-asset space building teams, strategies and funds. Prior to joining Nedgroup, he spent nearly a decade at Santander Asset Management in London where he was Chief Investment Officer for the UK business and previously Global Head of the Multi Asset division. At Santander, he oversaw the EUR 21 billion operation spread across seven countries and multiple jurisdictions. Before that, he was Head of Multi-manager and Fund Selection at LV Asset Management and a Fund Manager at F&C Asset Management, now BMO/Columbia, within the multi-asset team.
