Thomas Olinger is Chief Financial Officer of Prologis, the global leader in logistics real estate with a focus on high-barrier, high-growth markets. Tom is responsible for worldwide corporate finance including treasury, cash management, financial planning and reporting, accounting, tax, investor relations and internal audit. In addition, he oversees the roll-up of forecasted real estate operating results and metrics globally. Prior to joining AMB in 2007, Tom served as Vice President & Corporate Controller at Oracle Corporation, where he was responsible for global accounting, external reporting, technical accounting, global revenue recognition, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and finance merger and acquisition integration. Since January 2011, Tom has served as a Director of the American Assets Trust, a real estate investment trust investing in retail, office and residential properties.
PROLOGIS & AMB
Tom chairs Prologis’ Global Operating Committee that reviews the company’s progress against business plans and objectives.
Prior to his current role, he served as Prologis’ Chief Integration Officer, overseeing information technology and the implementation of best-practice processes.
He was involved in the merger of AMB Property Corporation and ProLogis. From 2007 to 2011, he served as AMB’s Chief Financial Officer.
EARLY CAREER
Tom was responsible for Oracle’s controllership operations in Bangalore, India; Dublin, Ireland; Sydney, Australia; and Rocklin, California.
Prior to Prologis and Oracle, he spent 14 years at Arthur Andersen, the last three as an Audit Partner in its U.S. real estate and technology groups.
