Vance Spencer is Co-Founder of Framework Ventures, one of the largest venture capital firms in the blockchain industry. Under his leadership and his co-founder Michael Anderson, Framework was arguably the first VC firm to "go all in" on the emerging decentralized finance ecosystem. Prior to launching Framework, Vance and Michael founded and sold Hashletes, a digital collectible startup with official licensing from the NFL. Before joining the cryptocurrency space, he worked at Netflix in Los Angeles and Tokyo, where he was part of the team responsible for the relaunch of the Japan business, eventually joining the team leading corporate development for most of northern Asia.

EARLY CAREER
Together with Michael Anderson, they launched Hashletes, a blockchain-based platform backed by Khosla Ventures. Hashletes was licensed by the NFL and was acquired by JDS Sports in 2019.
He also played a key role in launching Netflix's first Asian office, in Tokyo, Japan.
Earlier in his career, he worked as a Management Consultant at Monitor Deloitte, where he focused on life sciences and tech.
