Will Bartlett is the Chief Executive Officer of Parallax Volatility Advisers, an investment adviser that manages relative value options trading strategies. In his more than 20 years at the firm, he has played a key role in transforming Parallax from a small, floor-based equity options trading operation into a large participant in the global volatility market. Bartlett has been involved with equity options since 1995. Prior to joining Parallax, he worked on the floor of the Pacific Coast Exchange as a runner where he began his career in the options trading business.
