The Digital Finance Institute is a non-profit think tank established to sustain Canadian Innovation in financial technology and artificial intelligence. It addresses matters with respect to the nexus between financial innovation, digital finance policy and regulation, financial inclusion, and women in technology. DFI also works towards the establishment of government-supported FinTech hubs in Toronto and Vancouver to encourage new start-ups to engage in FinTech.
The Leadership Series was created to inspire and educate those in the industry. DFI hosts numerous free and interactive workshops around the world on leading industry topics.
DFI, together with Innotribe and Carlisle & Galligher Consulting Group, produces the FemTech Leaders series to support FinTech diversity, now one of the most followed and prominent FinTech websites.
The FinTech Association is being created to bring together stakeholders involved in FinTech including law firms, accounting firms, finance firms, venture capital firms, startups, FinTech companies, government agencies, universities, and such.
