Gabelli School of Business

Gabelli School of Business is one of the top places to study business in the United States and worldwide. It trades heavily on its proximity to Manhattan. Each January, during the week before regular classes start, all first-year MBA students go out together to the offices of companies and organizations like J.P. Morgan, Disney, Tiffany & Co., and the New York City Economic Development Corporation to see the inner workings of business in the largest U.S. city. The class also visits the FDNY’s training center on Randall’s Island to participate in simulations of firefighting, an exercise in team building and high-pressure decision-making.
