Vanguard Small Cap Value ETF
The Vanguard Small Cap Value ETF seeks to track the performance of the CRSP US Small Cap Value Index, a benchmark which offers exposure to small-cap firms that exhibit value characteristics in the U.S. equity market. The Fund employs an indexing investment approach to provide a convenient way to match the performance of a diversified group of small value companies. VBR effectively curbs turnover, diversifies risk, and offers low-cost, market-cap-weighted exposure to small-value stocks, which sweeps in the cheaper half of the broad small-cap market.
