Andrew Croft is Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of St. James’s Place Wealth Management, a FTSE 100 company that offers quality, face-to-face wealth management advice to financial institutions. Since joining St. James’s Place in 1993, Andrew held a number of roles within the Finance department, assuming the roles of Finance Director, Chief Financial Officer and most recently Chief Executive Officer. In addition to being CEO, he is Chair of the St. James’s Place Charitable Foundation, and the Chair of the SJP’s inclusion and diversity group committed to building greater diversity across the firm’s board. Andrew has worked in the financial services sector throughout his career, having trained as an accountant with Deloitte Haskins and Sells, which is now part of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Andrew was SJP's CFO between 2004 to 2017, and became CEO in 2018.
Andrew qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1998.
He holds a degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Southampton.
