Andrew Houghton is the Chief Financial Officer of TerraCotta Credit Fund, a private investment firm that seeks to deliver stable, attractive, risk-adjusted returns across all market cycles. As CFO, Andrew is responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial reporting at TCCF, including the oversight of the firm's third party fund administrator. With nearly 20 years of experience in finance and accounting at some of the largest real estate firms, Andrew has become a senior finance manager with expertise and accomplishments in strategic planning and forecasting, corporate treasury, financial reporting, technology and organizational process improvement. Most recently, he was a Senior Member of the accounting team for a large publicly-listed REIT in Southern California. In addition to the United States, Andrew’s career has taken him to Europe and Asia.
A senior member of the TerraCotta management team, Andrew supports investor relations, planning and forecasting, and strategic finance.
He was a Vice President Alexandria Real Estate Equities, an S&P 500® urban office Real Estate investment trust.
Previously, he held various leadership roles in accounting and finance with Prologis, one of the world's largest industrial real estate companies.
Andrew started his career in public accounting in the United Kingdom, where he earned his certification as a Chartered Accountant.
He has a background in public accounting and more recent leadership experience across a diverse range of corporate financial functions.
He has particularly strong experience in the real estate industry, and also exposure to manufacturing and other types of business.
He earned an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Management and a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Mathematics from London University.
