Andy Edstrom

Andy Edstrom, CFA®, CFP®, is a Managing Director at Swan Bitcoin, a developer of a crypto trading software intended to make Bitcoin purchasing easy. Andy is also a financial advisor and a member of the investment committee at WESCAP Group, where he manages wealth and provides financial advice to clients. In addition, he is the author of "Why Buy Bitcoin: Investing Today in the Money of Tomorrow" and a contributing writer for CoinDesk's Crypto for Advisors newsletter. His opinions on Bitcoin have been published in the WSJ and Coindesk, and his insights on the regulation of the Internet monopolies have been published in The Economist. Andy’s professional experience includes wealth management, as well as private equity fund and hedge fund investment. Prior to joining WESCAP, he was a Principal at Tennenbaum Capital, and an Analyst at Goldman Sachs where he caught a glimpse into the making of “financial sausage”.
