Through Ahrvo, Appo empowers organizations to streamline client and business onboarding through user-friendly compliance solutions powered by facial biometrics, artificial intelligence, geospatial, and blockchain technology. Prior to founding Ahrvo, he was a former Associate Portfolio Manager at Bank of America where he co-managed more than $2 billion in assets and led Industrial and Diversified REITREIT analyst, a $200 million strategy. Throughout his career, Agbamu has built dozens of financial/valuation models from scratch.
Appo Agbamu is also an experienced coder focusing on artificial intelligence and machine learning applications for portfolio construction and management.
During his time at UMD, he held several investing and finance-related internships.
Appo also received national acclaim for two economic and stock market-related research projects.
While serving as an Economic Research Analyst at UMD, Appo received national recognition for econometrics Research on the Great Recession.
