Bill Kohr
Bill Kohr is President and Deputy CEO of DC Advisory US, a leading corporate finance advisor with specific expertise in cross-border transactions. In addition, Bill leads the firm’s Industrial and Automotive Groups. Prior to DC, Bill was the Co-CEO of Sagent Advisors, which was acquired by DC Advisory in 2018. In his role as Co-CEO at Sagent, he was responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the firm. His previous roles include time at Citigroup, Credit Suisse First Boston and Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. Bill has more than 30 years’ experience in the investment banking industry and has completed hundreds of transactions for his clients, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital raisings, high yield debt financings and investment grade debt financings.

While at Citigroup, he was a Managing Director of the Investment Banking Department, Member of the Industrial Group and the Global Co-Head of the Automotive Investment Banking Group.
Prior to that, Bill was the Global Head of the Automotive Group at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.
