Bill Wilton is the Co-Founder, Managing Member, and Co-CEO of Rockpoint Group, a global real estate investment management firm. He is responsible for the overall operations and management of the firm, as well as overseeing the origination, structuring and asset management of all of Rockpoint's investment activities. Bill has more than 40 years of real estate investment, development and executive experience having served in various roles and as a director of several public and private companies. He also serves as a director, trustee or advisory board member of several non-profit organizations, with a particular interest in educational and policy entities. Prior to launching Rockpoint Group, he was Managing Director in the real estate group at Morgan Stanley.

EARLY CAREER
Prior to founding Rockpoint, he co-founded and was a managing member of Westbrook Real Estate Partners.
He spent 15 years at Morgan Stanley Realty Incorporated.
He previously served on the boards of Communities in Schools, the Episcopal School of Jacksonville, the Jacksonville University Public Policy Institute, KIPP Jacksonville Schools, Princeton University and Princeton University Investment Company.
