David Steinbach

David Steinbach serves as Global Chief Investment Officer and Co-head of Investment Management at Hines, a global real estate investment firm known as one of the largest and most respected real estate organizations. He is a member of the firm’s Executive and Investment Committees, and is responsible for directing investment strategy for Hines. Prior to his current role, he served in various roles in which he was responsible for acquisitions, asset management and property dispositions on behalf of Hines Global, Hines Global REIT, Hines REIT, and the Core Fund both in the U.S. and internationally. David has extensive knowledge of the U.S. and international real estate markets. Since joining Hines in 1999, he has been responsible for real estate acquisitions in the United States, Europe, Asia and South America.
