DJ Gribbin is the Founder of Madrus, a strategic consulting firm headquartered in Leesburg, VA. In this role, he advises clients on a wide range of infrastructure legal, business, and policy issues. Gribbin has been a recognized leader in developing groundbreaking strategies to finance infrastructure projects. He led advisory teams consisting of legal, technical, and financial experts to assist governments in drawing private equity investment in their infrastructure.
