HEDGE FUND CAREER
With over 25 years of Wall Street experience, Abeyta built a track record as a hedge fund manager and defense-tech analyst, specializing in disruptive systems and infrastructure innovation.
In 2000, he co-founded Stadia Capital, where he served as portfolio manager and helped scale assets under management (AUM) from $750 million to $1.4 billion while leading a six-person investment team.
In 2007, he launched 360 Global Capital, a long/short equity hedge fund that grew to $260 million AUM, where he managed a team of investors and executed strategies across sectors.
Later, he joined the founding team at Falcon Edge Capital (now Alpha Wave Global), where he played a key role in short-selling strategies and research.
