Frank Martin has practiced absolute return value investing for over 50 years and has a diverse background in the financial services industry. He founded the predecessor entity to his investment management firm, Martin Capital Management, only months before the Crash of 1987. Throughout his career he has been active on public and private corporation boards; he believes that “to whom much is given, much is expected in return” and attempts to live life and manage wealth with reference to the Golden Rule. A voracious reader and student of history, Martin believes in the importance of being a “lifelong learning machine.” He is also a prolific writer and the author of two investment books.
