Juliet Scott-Croxford
Juliet Scott-Croxford is President of Brompton North America leading its expansion, growth and brand development as an omnichannel distribution platform. Prior to joining Brompton, Juliet was CEO of Worth Media, responsible for leading the company's brand reinvention and transformation from a print magazine to multi-channel content, event and membership platform. Juliet was a Senior Managing Consultant, consulting on strategy and digital transformation, working with clients to solve complex business problems across a variety of industries, through the use of technology and organization change. She started her career as a Management Consultant at IBM where she spent several years consulting on business strategy and digital transformation across different industries. In addition to her corporate responsibilities, Juliet also serves as a Board Member and Advisor for start-ups and entrepreneurs, an energetic and driven business leader with a passion for purpose, strategy, people, partnerships and growth.

At Guardian, she was responsible for the strategic implementation of the global turnaround plan and the company's transformation and growth.
Juliet was also Director of Commercial Operations at Guardian, responsible for projects, large scale system implementations and transformation.
At Decoded, she served as Non-Executive Director for technology and startup that educates and demystifies tech for businesses and consumers.
She also served as Senior Manager at KPMG Boxwood, specializing in the design and implementation of business change programmes.
At IBM, she gained vast experience for IBM Global Business Services delivering effective Business engagement, change leadership and project management.
She currently serves as an Advisory Board Member & Chair Executive Council of WE Global Studios.
