Kathy is a world-renowned expert in global currencies with over 20 years of experience in financial markets. She is known for developing trading strategies using cross markets analysis and predicting economic data surprises. Kathy is also an internationally published author of the bestselling book "Day Trading and Swing Trading the Currency Market" as well as "The Little Book of Currency Trading and Millionaire Traders."

  • AT BK, she is responsible for establishing trading strategies, investments, and portfolio management.

  • She provides clients with analysis on foreign exchange and global macro issues, and manages proprietary accounts.

  • She has also developed proprietary models of leading indicators for economic releases to forecast data surprises.


EARLY CAREER

  • Kathy immediately started working on Wall Street after graduating from NYU’s Stern School of Business at the age of 18.

  • She started her career at JPMorgan Chase, where she worked on the interbank FX trading desk making markets in foreign exchange.

  • She later joined the cross markets proprietary trading group at JPMorgan, where she traded FX spot, options, interest rate derivatives, bonds, equities, and futures.

  • She joined FXCM in 2003 and managed a team of analysts dedicated to providing research and commentary on the foreign exchange market.

  • She moved to Global Futures & Forex Ltd in 2008 and provided research and analysis to clients and managed a global foreign exchange analysis team.
