Liz Economy
Elizabeth Economy is C.V. Starr Senior Fellow and Director for Asia Studies at the Council on Foreign Relations. She is also a Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution. A celebrated author and expert on Chinese domestic and foreign policy, Dr. Economy has testified before Congress on numerous occasions. She also consults regularly for United States government agencies and companies. She is a regular guest on national television and radio programs. She has written extensively on foreign policy in leading journals and publications, including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and Washington Post.
