Matt Enyedi is Managing Director for Client Success at LPL Financial, a leader in the retail financial advice market and the nation's largest independent broker-dealer. He leads the firm’s Client Success organization, a client-centered, cross-functional team responsible for fueling the sustained success and satisfaction of LPL advisors and institutions. In his 20-year career at LPL, Enyedi led the LPL Business Solutions and Wealth Management functions, in addition to launching LPL’s entry into the RIA Hybrid custody space and the LPL Private Client program. Under his leadership, the firm’s RIA assets tripled, with the RIA platform growing to more than 4,300 LPL advisors. Prior to joining LPL Financial in 2003, he worked as a financial advisor with UBS PaineWebber. He also holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® designation from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
Enyedi also leads the firm's Relationship Management, Service and Supervision, and Trading teams, focused on providing an integrated and consistent experience across clients' primary touchpoints.
Previously, he led LPL’s National Sales and Marketing organization as well as LPL Business Solutions, responsible for developing and deploying a platform of professional services to LPL advisors to help them build their extraordinary businesses.
Over the last decade, he built a tremendous expertise in the RIA space and has taken on roles of increasing responsibility within LPL’s RIA practice area, from design to platform development
Prior to that, he led the Wealth Management organization and was responsible for accelerating the organic growth of LPL advisors across planning, advisory, brokerage and retirement plan services.
He implemented the LPL Private Client program and helped more than double LPL’s annual HNW sales volume.
Earlier in his LPL career, he served as Assistant Vice President of Advisory Consulting and Strategy.
