Michael Palazzi is Senior Managing Director of Castle Hill Capital Partners, a boutique advisory firm providing innovative and integrated solutions to aid the growth of alternative investment managers. His focus is on identifying and introducing hedge funds to the firm’s strategic capital introduction group to assist funds in their capital growth needs. Michael also advises entrepreneurial clients on how to achieve their marketing and operation objectives, strategic and relative capital introductions, along with focused marketing consulting. He has more than 30 years of financial industry experience, including managing two separate equity sales and trading desks. Throughout his career, he has launched a number of entrepreneurial ventures and several start-up companies including Lions Path Capital Advisors and Cobalt Capital Ventures where he served as founder, CFO, and risk manager.

Michael utilizes his 30 year career to find operational solutions for the funds they work with.
He was Head of Derivative Sales at Weeden Co., where he managed Sales for the newly formed Derivatives team specializing in US listed options.
He was a Managing Member of Cobalt Capital Ventures and Lions Path capital Advisors with several talented veterans from the portfolio management side of the financial industry.
He was head of NASDAQ Sales and Trading at CIBC World Markets (formerly Oppenheimer & Co) for 17 years before moving to SG Cowen & Co. to head up Global Sales trading and NASDAQ Trading.
He holds the Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses.
